Responsibilities
Roxbury Hospital is currently recruiting a full-time Maintenance Tech to work in our Shippensburg behavioral healthcare facility. This is a Monday - Friday position with on-call overnight and weekend rotation.
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for assisting the Director, Plant Operations/Support Services with the daily operations of facility management. The Maintenance Tech assists in the repair and/or renovation of buildings to include the following in addition to providing maintenance support for all areas of the facility.
Installs, repairs, and/or maintains:
Drywall
Mechanical Equipment
HVAC
Plumbing system
Sprinkler system
Appliance repair
Electrical equipment
Receptacles
Smoke Detectors
Emergency lighting
Light bulbs
Weekly/Monthly inspections/tours:
Extinguisher
Exit lighting
Generator testing
