Overview Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Healthcare Services, Inc., has served the Shippensburg, PA area for over 30 years. We operate a 112‑bed behavioral health facility offering acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults, and an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13‑17. Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician will work Monday‑Friday with on‑call overnight and weekend rotation, assisting the Director of Plant Operations/Support Services with daily facility management and the repair/renovation of buildings.

Installs, repairs, and/or maintains:

Drywall

Mechanical equipment

HVAC systems

Plumbing systems

Sprinkler systems

Appliance repair

Electrical equipment, receptacles, and smoke detectors

Emergency lighting and light bulbs

Weekly/monthly inspections and tours

Fire extinguishers, exit lighting, and generator testing

Qualifications Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

1 year of maintenance experience (preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's license (required)
