What You’ll Do
Oversee control room and steam plant operators
Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot issues
Support startups, shutdowns, maintenance, and outages
Manage fuel handling and ensure safety & environmental compliance
What We’re Looking For
Experience in power generation or industrial plant operations
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Strong mechanical and safety mindset
Comfortable working on the plant floor
