What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Analyze B2B marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to inform strategy and targeting
Develop visualizations in Power BI or PowerPoint to communicate insights to stakeholders
Document methodologies and contribute to governance efforts
Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics or performance reporting
3+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting tools
3+ years of programming experience in Python, Spark, and SQL
1+ years of experience in test setup and measurement, including A/B testing and multivariate analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with B2B segmentation and sales enablement strategies
Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments
Familiarity with Databricks
Experience in predictive modeling techniques such as logistic regression and decision trees
