Review incoming Help Desk tickets to provide technical support and troubleshoot applications Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance Assist in escalating unresolved issues and provide feedback to internal customers Manage user access and permissions while ensuring data security and compliance Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to enhance service delivery What is Required (Qualifications)

Fluency in both French and English Strong knowledge of Agency Management System Administration, specifically Applied Epic or Vertafore applications Experience working in a Help Desk environment, such as ServiceNow Excellent attention to detail with proven organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Proficient with Windows Operating Systems and MS Office products Some insurance agency experience Familiarity with applications like Concur, DocuSign, Smartsheet, Applied CSR24, Applied TAM, and Erlon We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
