Fortuna is seeking experienced Dental Call Center Agents to support high-volume inbound customer service operations for California-based dental care providers and their members. This role involves resolving inquiries from dental professionals regarding billing policy and general service information. Candidates must reside in California and bring prior experience supporting dental providers in a call center environment.
This is a remote full-time position starting February 17th 2026. It offers structured training, reliable technology and a consistent weekday schedule.
WORKSITE:

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
COMPENSATION:
$18.00 per hour with incentives offered

WHAT YOULL DO:
Handle high-volume inbound calls from dental providers
Resolve billing policy and procedural inquiries within a 3-5 minute window
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current dental billing guidelines and healthcare policy changes
Record and track calls using the call tracking system
Provide professional courteous and effective service to the provider community
Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and call resolution metrics
WHAT YOULL BRING: Minimum Qualifications:
1 year of experience in inbound customer service (private or government sectors)
At least 6 months of experience in dental customer support
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and help desk software
Typing speed of 30 WPM and 95% accuracy
Excellent communication skills and a positive patient demeanor
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Reliable internet with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed
GED/High School diploma
