Sr. Software Architect / Salesforce Senior Developer

We are seeking a Senior Software Architect/Salesforce Senior Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to translate complex business needs into secure, high-performing Salesforce applications.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams to modernize CRM capabilities and support mission‑critical operations, particularly in regulated and utilities‑focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and create
detailed system and process flows
Design, develop, test, and implement
custom Salesforce solutions and enhancements
Architect and implement
Salesforce integrations
with external systems
Translate business requirements into
technical and architectural solutions
Develop custom applications using
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
Create and maintain
technical documentation , configurations, and user guides
Develop
reports, dashboards, and data quality monitoring processes
Perform
system audits , support upgrades, and ensure platform stability
Manage Salesforce data feeds and third‑party integrations
Provide technical guidance, user support, and training as needed
Collaborate with
QA and DevOps teams
for testing and CI/CD deployments
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend
continuous improvements

10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
Advanced proficiency in: Salesforce Apps Visualforce REST & SOAP APIs
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and governor limits
Experience with Agile application development environments
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (git, Copado, etc)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification preferred
Technical Skills (MUST HAVE)

3+ years of experience with API/REST web services and data sources
