We are seeking a Senior Technical Solution Architect with deep Salesforce expertise to design, govern, and guide complex enterprise Salesforce implementations. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise architecture, and hands-on technical leadership.
You will act as the architectural authority for Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term alignment with enterprise standards, particularly within utilities and regulated environments.
Role Overview The
Salesforce Solution Architect
is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role bridges business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring solutions are
technically sound, strategically aligned, and execution-ready .
Key Responsibilities
1) Solution Design & Architecture
Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures, including: ○ Energy & Utility Cloud ○ Experience Cloud ○ Enterprise integrations with external systems
Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and compliant with Salesforce and enterprise standards
2) Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business analysts, project managers, and executives to gather and refine requirements
Translate business needs into clear technical and architectural specifications
Ensure Salesforce solutions directly support business goals and operational outcomes
3) Integration & Technical Leadership
Architect and oversee Salesforce integrations with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems
Provide technical leadership and guidance on: ○ Apex ○ Lightning (LWC) ○ Visualforce ○ Flows
Establish governance for development standards, release management, and environment strategy
4) Solution Governance & Best Practices
Define and enforce architecture standards, coding guidelines, and security policies
Conduct design and code reviews
Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products, third-party apps, and integration tools
5) Performance, Security & Scalability
Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance
Design role-based access, data security models, and sharing rules
Align solutions with enterprise security and regulatory requirements
6) Documentation, Mentorship & Delivery Oversight
Maintain architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications
Mentor developers, administrators, and junior architects
Support project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and delivery lifecycle phases
This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3-5+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership
Hands‑on experience delivering complex, integrated Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments
Proven ability to handle high‑complexity, multi‑integration architectures
Technical Expertise
Salesforce Platform expertise, including: ○ Energy & Utility Cloud ○ Experience Cloud
Strong hands‑on knowledge of: ○ Apex ○ Lightning (LWC) ○ Visualforce ○ Flows ○ REST & SOAP APIs (API/REST web services - 3+ years)
Integration patterns and tools: ○ MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica ○ ETL tools and web services
Data modeling, architecture governance, and best practices
CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management
Soft Skills
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business audiences
Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
Proven leadership and mentoring capability
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Certifications (Preferred/Highly Valued)
