Join O’Reilly Auto Parts as a Delivery Specialist and help keep our customers happy by safely delivering vehicles, processing payments and handling returns. Responsibilities
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner. Use fleet‑management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage and complete daily vehicle inspections. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, secure fuel/fleet credit cards, hand‑held devices and collected money. Pick up customer returns (new, warranty etc.) and complete return slips. Communicate customer issues to store management and report maintenance needs, accidents or damage. Lock and secure vehicle at end of day, and clock in/out according to company policy. Assist with customer service, stocking, merchandising, core returns and occasional cashier duties as business requires. Qualifications
State driver’s license and a company‑approved 14/18‑point driving record. Strong interpersonal communication skills and quick mental processing of alphanumeric sequences. Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations. Familiarity with automotive parts and light store equipment (desired). Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish (highly desired).
