Marbridge is a long‑term residential care facility for adults with intellectual disabilities, offering a full spectrum of services tailored to individual needs and abilities. We provide our residents with opportunities to learn, experience, and achieve a whole new life.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to help our residents live full, empowered lives. Our Direct Support Professionals support residents with daily routines, personal care and life skills training, while fostering independence and community engagement across our vibrant 200‑acre campus.
Shifts Available
Full‑Time - Monday – Friday (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Full‑Time - Tuesday – Sunday, Every Other Weekend Off (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Full‑Time - Thursday – Sunday (9:45 PM – 7:45 AM)
Pay and Benefits
$15.25 a hour
$750 Sign on Bonus paid out half at 90 days and half at 6 months

Qualifications and Skills
Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid Texas Driver's License and good driving record
Must possess good communication skills and a professional manner when relating to staff, residents, vendors, and families
Must be organized; able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
One year of experience working in a residential setting with individuals with mental or physical challenges, or other relevant life experiences strongly preferred
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support residents with daily routines including hygiene, grooming and medication administration, promoting independence and dignity
Provide hands‑on training in life skills such as room maintenance, laundry, and schedule adherence
Foster a positive, respectful environment by listening to residents’ concerns and encouraging healthy communication
Document resident progress and assist in implementing individualized training plans
Supervise and engage residents during on‑campus activities and off‑site outings, ensuring safety and inclusion
