Crotched Mountain School offers innovative special education and vocational programming for students aged 5‑21 on the autism spectrum or with other disabilities. As a Residential Counselor, you will support students in a therapeutic, least-restrictive environment on a 4000‑acre campus. Benefits

Wednesday–Friday 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm Saturday 7:00 am – 10:00 pm Responsibilities
Align student education and residential services with IEP and ILP plans. Assist residents with daily routines, ADLs, personal care. Maintain records, collect data, and document activities. Plan and supervise developmentally appropriate activities. Attend behavior meetings, training, and orientation sessions. Perform household chores, with or without student assistance. Ensure residents dress appropriately and protect their rights. Maintain a positive, respectful attitude. Perform other duties as directed. Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Why Join Us?
