About The Role This position supports investment professionals within our T. Rowe Price Investments Equity Division. The role includes gate‑keeping, calendar management, coordinating catered meetings, arranging travel (domestic and/or international), processing expense reports, data gathering and input, and various ad‑hoc assignments in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with problem solving are essential.

Role Summary Typically provides direct assistance to investment professionals, including leaders and individual contributors. Responsible for exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy in completing work and ensures seamless support and coverage when necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform moderately complex and confidential administrative duties that require considerable skill.

Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Exercise moderate autonomy in troubleshooting issues and anticipate needs of the person supported.

Assist with special projects across multiple teams.

Compile, review, and analyze complex data and keep databases and SharePoint sites up to date.

Coordinate investment meetings, including logistics (reserving meeting site, catering, security notifications), collection and coordination of materials, agenda creation, and preparing correspondences, memoranda, and reports.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years of total relevant work experience.

Preferred:

Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly.

Proactive, forward‑thinking approach with strong attention to detail.

Strong prioritization and organization skills to meet deadlines.

Comfortable working independently and as a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication with follow‑through on all tasks.

FINRA Requirements FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges

$55,000 - $93,500 for Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers.

$60,500 - $103,000 for Washington, D.C.

$69,000 - $117,000 for New York, California.

This job is eligible for overtime pay. Placement within the range depends on relevant experience and skills. Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
