Retail Associate – Inventory (Part‑time)
Starting wage: $14.00‑$16.00 per hour. Opportunities to earn up to $5.00 hourly through productivity‑based increases.

What You Will Do
Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations (walking/standing for extended periods).
Meet daily performance goals and earn wage increases.
Represent the organization and uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
Work as part of a team focused on continuous improvement.
Team Requirements
At least 18 years old.
Experience preferred in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse roles.
No inventory experience required; training provided.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus, attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
We encourage applicants with no degree, returning to work, military experience.
Reliable transportation.
Working Conditions Requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive hand motions, squatting, kneeling, crouching, using ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
