The Warehouse team is seeking a Cargoliner Warehouse Lead to ensure all products are properly picked and packed according to quality standards to effectively complete all open orders.

This is a great opportunity to join our 1st shift - 6:00am - 2:30pm or 2nd shift with $1.00 differential - 2:00pm-10:30pm teams!

As a Cargoliner Warehouse Lead you will

Hold daily meetings with the team relaying all department, warehouse and company related information

Coordinate and assign all team members their daily tasks

Be sure pickers and packers are accurate and productive

Receive and appropriately react to all department related reports

Email any and all necessary parties with regard to product and personnel issues

Assist in the training of employees regarding company and departmental policies and procedures in addition to all required safety protocols

Ensure the training of employees regarding company and departmental policies and procedures in addition to all required safety protocols

Train new and existing team members on company and departmental policies and procedures, including safety protocols; enforce all company policies, procedures, and protocols

Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of all processes and responsibilities of assigned work area

Fill in as necessary for any Warehouse team members; perform daily work during down time

Participate in daily shift meetings to share any pertinent information or issues between shifts, promoting interaction and communication between all three shifts and related departments

Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflict; inform supervisor of any incidents; counsel employees on performance as necessary; maintain confidentiality and respect privacy and sensitive information in regard to all employee matters

Perform all job functions in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies/procedures

Work a full-time schedule; work overtime as business demands including extended hours and/or weekends

Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition, clean and maintain equipment

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to communicate work instructions and feedback in a simple and respectful manner

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude

High degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries

Great Attendance: No more than 3 attendance points

High degree of attention for shortages, delays, work stoppages, and other issues that lead to downtime or efficiency loss

Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required

Epicor experience is a plus

Able to read, write, and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions in English

Basic math, measuring, and computer skills

A high degree of attention and detail required to prevent accidents, injuries, and quality issues
