Salary and Benefits Starting wage: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
The more you are available, the more you can earn! You are eligible for a productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00.
Referral bonuses – $200 for each friend referral.

Responsibilities
Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations—walking or standing extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when you beat them.

Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work preferred.
No prior inventory experience required – discipline and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
No degree required; open to returning workforce, military experience, and candidates with no experience.
Reliable transportation access.
Working Conditions Stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking; use hands for repetitive motions; be in low positions (squatting, kneeling); use a ladder; lift up to 25 lbs.; travel by car and, occasionally, by plane, including overnight stays.
