PGS Worldwide is actively seeking an experienced
Subcontract Administrator
to join our team in
Lexington, KY
for a
1-year contract-to-hire
opportunity. This position supports the
Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Sustainment Services (SOF GLSS)
program, providing critical logistics and sustainment support to multiple defense platforms. This role requires the ability to
obtain a Secret Security Clearance . Required Skills
Experience in
Government procurements
and
subcontract acquisitions Strong understanding of
FAR
and
DFAR
requirements Proficiency in
cost and price analysis , proposal evaluation, and negotiations Experience managing subcontracts throughout their life cycle (RFP to closeout) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of
U.S. Department of Defense contract types SAP
systems experience Experience managing
supplier performance
and corrective actions Familiarity with
labor contracts
and competitive/non-competitive pricing agreements Understanding of
Special Operations Forces (SOF)
contract environments Experience leading
Subcontract Management Teams (SMTs)
and complex negotiations \ Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership and external partners Responsibilities
Manage subcontracts from
RFP through execution and lifecycle management Oversee
cost, schedule, and performance
of subcontractors Implement supplier corrective actions and ensure contractual compliance Provide regular
status reports
to senior and executive leadership Support compliance and
audit activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives Additional Details
