KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Brand Governance to join our Clients and Markets organization. Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance content reviews in compliance with U.S. and global brand and professional standards in a timely, efficient and effective manner Apply complex brand governance guidance and escalation criteria to requests and elevate content to national review groups for resolution (requires extensive judgment to apply complex brand governance guidance and escalation criteria to requests and elevate content to national review groups for resolution) Support training and communications efforts, collect input and requirements on process enhancements, including tool enhancements, policy, and documentation Seek out opportunities and optimize existing processes and frameworks to drive continuous improvement, enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience Serve as a subject matter expert for U.S. Brand Governance standards with a customer service focus Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications
Minimum three years of recent experience in marketing, compliance, legal or related role within a professional services firm or similar environment Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, law or related field is required Experience conducting compliance reviews preferred with a professional demeanor and ability to handle competing priorities and participate in diverse initiatives under tight timelines Strong organizational, analytical, research, customer service and communication skills with keen attention to detail Develop, maintain and strengthen collaborative relationships with others inside the organization to leverage expertise and enhance effectiveness; establish oneself as a trusted advisor; diplomatically and professionally push back, when needed Operate effectively and make decisions based on complex, high level details or unclear information, even when things are uncertain or the way forward is not clear; cope with uncertainty and manage risk; adapt to changes and be flexible; questions how things can be done better; respond to ambiguous or changing situations with calm and confidence, enabling others to feel positive and productive Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. California Salary Range: $61800 - $126800.
