What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and lead initiatives to streamline administrative, research, and academic support processes

Partner with departments to identify opportunities for efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities

Plan, organize, and implement end-user solutions to enhance service delivery

Manage multiple process improvement and IT projects from initiation to completion

Provide high-level customer service and maintain strong vendor and end-user relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in initiating and completing process improvement/IT projects

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and project management software

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Service Now, AzDO, Qualtrics, and other project management tools

Knowledge of methodologies such as agile, scrum, kanban, six sigma, and lean
