It’s a mindset, feeling and attitude we wrap around all that we do – from taking charge of our careers, to helping colleagues and lending a hand in the community.**Position Description**Creates compelling visual content to support the organization’s marketing, communications, and brand initiatives, as well as develops high-quality multimedia designs for both internal and external audiences, working under established brand guidelines to help maintain a consistent and cohesive brand presence across all channels.* Develops and designs visual content for various materials and audiences, including advertising, social media, websites, presentations, and print collateral.* Prepares and packages files for print production, ensuring accuracy, proper specifications, and high-quality finished output.* Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency, upholds corporate graphic standards, and delivers cohesive messaging across all communication channels.* Builds and maintains relationships with external vendors for promotional items, banners, signage, etc.* Requests quotes from vendors, coordinates purchases, facilitates sample reviews, and supports research for new products and materials.* Maintains website content; designs digital assets such as web graphics, social media content, digital banners, and other online marketing/creative assets.* Designs and produces email marketing communications and related landing pages to support sales initiatives, internal communications and provider communications.* Maintains up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices, including AI-driven design advancements, to continuously elevate the quality and efficiency of creative output.#LI-Hybrid**Minimum Requirements:**Position requires a bachelor’s degree in graphic or commercial art or a related field and three years of experience as a graphic designer.
