Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and authorizations Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately Collect co-pays, process payments, and provide receipts Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate with therapists and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Manage intake forms, referrals, and insurance-related documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required); healthcare experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with medical office procedures and insurance verification Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor
