Sales / Business Development Representative We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to work with the marketing and sales teams in qualifying and generating sales leads for new prospects and existing client accounts.

The SDR/BDR plays a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound lead development efforts, scheduling discovery meetings and managing leads through the sales process to maximize revenue opportunities. This role is a steppingstone into our Account Manager/Account Executive roles.

Duties & Responsibilities

Field inbound leads and schedule discovery calls, conduct platform demos, manage leads through pipeline stages.

Create new opportunities and leads with the support of outbound marketing campaigns, sales sequences and follow-up calls to schedule discovery meetings.

Facilitate initial discovery call meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives.

Maintain ongoing education and awareness of system product updates and enhancements as well as overall industry insights and the market’s climate.

Follow all internal processes and procedures established to generate and document lead opportunities.

Create and maintain weekly reporting documents and pipeline management data.

Core Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or related field not required, but beneficial.

Minimum of 2 years of sales related experience.

Proficiency in the English language.

Experience with and proficiency in operational CRM systems of record, HubSpot is current Banyan CRM.

Microsoft Excel experience and proficiency required.

Proficiency and experience with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn preferred.

Desire and aptitude to learn and engage with new technology.

Ability to articulately craft and write outreach emails and process documents.

Attention to detail and advance organizational skills necessary.
