Responsibilities
Lead a small implementation team and manage project timelines and scope.
Design, construct, and implement technical application solutions for assigned accounts.
Ensure clients receive a superior implementation experience and guidance throughout the process.
Oversee the implementation of new HCM and Benefit Services clients.
Organize and lead client meetings to promote forward progress of the implementation process.
Bring in Subject‑Matter Experts to cover topics and assist in configuration of Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefits, TLM, GL, Applicant Tracking, and ancillary products.
Be ultimately responsible for client satisfaction before transition to Customer Service.
Follow defined project plans to effectively implement additional HCM services.
Communicate all steps and progress on a regularly scheduled basis with clients and team.
Schedule and complete necessary on‑site, telephone, or internet training to client satisfaction.
Manage client relationships and provide primary client service throughout implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent preferred.
Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
Strong product, service, and technical background.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
HCM and iSolved experience is a plus.
