What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with statewide provider training logistics, including scheduling and materials development
Provide administrative support and maintain project timelines while coordinating communication with stakeholders
Collect and enter data on training participation and outcomes, maintaining records for performance reporting
Organize meetings, webinars, and events related to maternal and infant health initiatives
Offer general support to Arkansas Center for Women and Infant Health projects and staff as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field with three (3) years of project coordination or administrative support experience, or HS Diploma with seven (7) years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and coordinating logistics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of maternal health initiatives and ability to analyze program data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in maternal health or related fields
Familiarity with grant‑funded project management
Skills in developing training materials and resources
Experience with data management and evaluation processes
Strong networking abilities with internal and external partners
