What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with statewide provider training logistics, including scheduling and materials development
Provide administrative support, maintain project timelines, and coordinate communication with stakeholders
Collect and manage data on training participation and outcomes for program evaluation
Organize meetings, webinars, and events to support maternal health initiatives
Offer general support to the Arkansas Center for Women and Infant Health projects and staff
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field plus three (3) years of project coordination or administrative support experience, OR a High School Diploma plus seven (7) years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in coordinating logistics and managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of maternal health initiatives and provider training programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare project coordination or maternal health programs
Familiarity with data analysis and performance reporting
Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Previous experience in event planning and logistics management
