Insurance Customer Service Specialist

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated part‑time Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a strong background in service and sales, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills. Lots of opportunities to get a bonus. Must be willing to get an insurance license. 25 to 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction

Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries

Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge

Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary

Provide thorough follow‑ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction

High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent

Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills

Compensation $15 - $17 hourly
