Sr. AR Litigation Claims Analyst
located in
Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for protecting TK Elevator’s interest regarding customer’s contractual obligations regarding Legal Placement Portfolio.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Review and prepare legal files, which includes but not limited to a full account reconciliation associated with backup materials (i.e., Contracts, Invoices, Repair Orders, and Time Tickets) for necessary or appropriate support for preparing the final submission of the Legal Package to an Attorney or Agency
Follow up for weekly and/or monthly vendor updates to make certain that the vendor is actively working and progressing in handling of our account placement. Maintains the data input and updates system notes to reflect claim status.
Collaborate with Managers, Supervisors, and Collectors for compiling the required legal packet, i.e., Documents
Responsible for processing approved vendor’s requests, invoices, miscellaneous correspondence and ADHOC reporting
Act as liaison with our internal and external legal counsel
Training and communication within the Collections Department and provide direction pertaining to any 3rd party claims (i.e., collections, suits, bankruptcies, etc.)
Maintain monthly credit hold process and removal process.
Preparation for trials, depositions, hearings, video conferencing and any other needs for representation of TK Elevator as Records Custodian role, as needed by any of our 3rd party placement vendors.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Provide training and coaching to AR Legal Analyst
Innovate and develop process solutions in conjunction with management team
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years related experience and training in legal collections
Proficiency in civil litigation and bankruptcy
Able to write correspondence in a clear and understandable manner; able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.
Paralegal Certification or Bachelor’s in Business or Legal Studies, preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal processing in a corporate environment, preferre.d
