Manager- Project I

located in

Atlanta, GA

to support the Communications and Marketing function.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving problems proactively, and can bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives. The Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating cross‑functional projects, supporting transformation programs, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth operational processes across the team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Lead planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination for major Communications and Marketing initiatives.

Represent the Communications and Marketing function within key business transformation programs, ensuring alignment and visibility

Support planning and logistics for trade shows, including timelines, deliverables, and cross‑team coordination.

Serve as the Asana expert for the team, ensuring best practices, workflow optimization, and project tracking.

Manage all billing, invoicing, and budget‑tracking activities for the Communications and Marketing function.

Oversee vendor relationships, including management of the TKE brand shop and related operational needs.

Maintain organized documentation of team meetings, key priorities, and support organizational leadership and decision‑making.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience , ideally supporting communications, marketing, or cross‑functional business teams within an organization

Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Extensive experience with Asana; Asana certification strongly preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.

Demonstrated ability to be enterprising—comfortable jumping into new challenges, identifying solutions, and driving progress independently.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Experience supporting trade shows or large‑scale events is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
