As part of the Acute Care Technologies (ACT) Group, the Respiratory Care Division offers a range of ventilation solutions, including fabian, Bellavista, Z Vent and Infant Flow LP. The ideal candidate will be based in Cologne, Hamburg, Stuttgart or Munich.
Travel: approx. 80% throughout Germany.
Job description As Area Manager Germany for Respiratory Care, you will be responsible for increasing sales performance in your area. Your primary goal is to exceed sales targets, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and maximise profitability.
This position is ideal for candidates with intensive care experience and a proven track record in medical sales.
Qualifications
Strong sales background in selling complex solutions to distributors and/or end users.
Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Results‑oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and increasing sales.
Ability and motivation to work remotely and visit customers 3‑4 days/week throughout the territory.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and effectively prioritise.
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce).
Fluent German and very good English skills.
Main responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for your territory, including short‑ and long‑term goals, market analysis, and strategic tactics to develop new business opportunities.
Understand customer needs, handle enquiries, and provide exceptional service to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive acquisition and qualification of potential customers in your territory.
Build and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of sales opportunities and effectively nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management. Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and sales support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
