This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of restaurant operations, team performance, and guest experience, with a strong focus on structure, consistency, and service execution. The ideal candidate brings a solid operational foundation, experience managing teams, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including service flow, staffing, floor management, and guest experience
Manage and lead front-of-house teams with clear expectations around service standards, professionalism, and accountability
Create and manage schedules aligned with business levels, events, and labor goals
Maintain operational standards for opening, closing, cash handling, and shift execution
Partner closely with culinary and events leadership to align service execution with menus, timelines, and event details
Lead pre-shifts, training sessions, and ongoing coaching to ensure consistency in service delivery
Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues in real time, and uphold a high level of hospitality
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies
Support inventory oversight, ordering processes, and basic cost awareness related to front-of-house operations
Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience managing people in a mid-size, full-service restaurant environment
Demonstrated experience running day-to-day restaurant operations, not just floor supervision
Strong understanding of hospitality fundamentals, including service standards, guest recovery, and team engagement
Proven ability to schedule, train, and develop front-of-house teams
Experience working in event‑driven or destination dining environments strongly preferred
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation setting with multiple service demands
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
A hands‑on leadership style with a visible presence on the floor
