Job Description We are immediately hiring an Inbound Operations Manager in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This position is ideal for a data-driven professional skilled in inventory and analytics who thrives on improving visibility, accuracy, and performance across the customers and inventory operations. Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI and advanced Excel is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Type:

Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

Annual Salary Pay:

$70,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience

Schedule:

Shift: 1st: Monday-Friday: 7:00am – 3:30 pm (weekends as needed)

Minimum Pay Range:

$70,000

Maximum Pay Range:

$75,000

Responsibilities Essential Functions

Customer service satisfaction and expectation management

Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees

Manage day‑day planning and scheduling

Health and safety management

State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

Additional Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned.

Off shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis

Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required

Qualifications

H.S. diploma/GED required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred

Two (2) years or more relevant experience supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required

One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
