About Our Agency I have been an agent for four years, and prior to that, I spent nine and a half years at Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, working my way from Management Trainee to Branch Manager at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport. I played Division I baseball at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, and last month I married my wife, Nathia. Outside of work, I stay active by supporting several softball and little league baseball teams in the community. Our agency is built on a friendly, laidback, and family‑oriented culture where hard work is recognized and teamwork drives success. We currently have five team members: three in sales and two in service, and we strive to foster an environment that promotes positivity, growth, and achievement both professionally and personally. We are looking for motivated, positive, and hardworking individuals who want to grow while making a meaningful impact on themselves, our team, and the community we serve.

Role Description As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Jesse Mesa – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.

Previous customer service experience preferred.
