Full-Time, Monday–Friday |
9:00am–6:00pm
Pay:
$17–$21 per hour

About the Role We are seeking a caring, dependable, and experienced
Lead Infant Teacher
to join our early childhood education team. This role is perfect for a childcare professional who loves working with infants and understands the importance of nurturing care, routines, and early developmental support.
As the Lead Infant Teacher, you will help create a safe, warm, and structured classroom environment where babies feel secure and supported as they grow and reach early milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the infant classroom in a safe and nurturing environment
Provide responsive care including feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized routines
Engage infants in sensory play, music, language exposure, and movement activities
Support early social, emotional, and physical development
Communicate daily with families about routines, milestones, and progress
Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow all health and safety standards
Work closely with assistant teachers and leadership to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous childcare experience is required
(infant experience strongly preferred)
Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable, patient, and comfortable working a consistent
9:00am–6:00pm

Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements
