What You’ll Do
Preventative & Corrective Maintenance
– Keep HVAC equipment running efficiently and extend its lifespan
Troubleshooting & Repairs
– Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues for optimal system performance
Equipment Upgrades & Process Improvements
– Work on cutting-edge HVAC systems and contribute to process optimizations
Safety & Compliance
– Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Collaboration & Leadership
– Work independently or alongside a team, sharing knowledge and expertise
What We Need From You
HVAC Certification (Technical school certification preferred)
EPA Certification for refrigerant handling
Valid Driver’s License (clean record)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and adhere to all safety guidelines
Strong attention to detail & problem‑solving skills
Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
Preferred but not required
Experience with refrigeration or industrial HVAC systems
Manufacturer certifications & training
Familiarity with digital dispatch & invoicing software
