What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field (work experience may substitute for degree)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational technology
Strong leadership and people skills for effective relationship‑building
Proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred
Ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience working with school administrators or in the education sector
Familiarity with educational pedagogy and market trends in EdTech
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving targets
Strong analytical skills for accurate forecasting and reporting
