What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and manage complex compensation and benefits projects using established project management methodologies

Oversee end-to-end project management for compensation and benefits initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management

Collaborate with various teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with strategic objectives

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate technologies to ensure functionality and user experience

Monitor project progress and deliver executive-level status reports while managing project-related budgets

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

Strong experience in project management with a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects

Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum certification

Prior experience in HR or Compensation & Benefits

Experience managing vendor relationships and external consultants
