seeking a

Maintenance Supervisor

to join their leadership team. This organization operates in a high-volume production environment and is backed by a growing company that continues to invest in people, equipment, and long-term expansion.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, driving preventive maintenance programs, and supporting production across multiple shifts. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop maintenance technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations

Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Support production, packaging, and processing equipment reliability

Coordinate with production and leadership teams across shifts

Ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards

Utilize CMMS systems for work orders, scheduling, and inventory control

Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing

Strong knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and sanitation

Experience supporting multi‑shift operations

Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable

Hands‑on troubleshooting and equipment maintenance experience

Strong communication and leadership skills
