Project Manager – Senior ERP Systems Integration
DIA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC , Austin, TX Seeking a senior project manager to support Treasury and the Michigan Gaming Control Board with an intensive hybrid work schedule (2 days on-site, 3 days remote). The role requires strong IT project management skills, exceptional communication, and experience managing large multi‑vendor deployments. Responsibilities
Manage fast‑paced, multi‑vendor deployments supporting a hybrid workforce across all organizational levels. Lead a global ERP project team of 20+ members with a budget exceeding $750M. Serve as the Project Management Office (PMO) leader, establishing governance, steering technical teams, and coordinating system architecture and integration across SaaS solutions. Develop and maintain detailed project integration schedules (>5,000 lines) using the Project Portfolio Management Tool (Clarity). Prepare presentations and reports for executives, managers, and project teams. Monitor, control, and communicate project progress, managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risk. Ensure timely, accurate communication with stakeholders, sponsors, program managers, and MGCB/DTMB management. Lead and foster collaborative participation between technical and business teams to secure consensus and commitment. Develop and maintain key SUITE Project Management Methodology (PMM) deliverables: Project Charter, Schedule, Budget, Communication Plan, Status Reports, Risk and Issue Management Plans, Change Requests, and Closedown Summary. Manage interface communication with other agencies and oversee adherence to SUITE PMM and System Engineering Methodology (SEM). Enforce the Change Management process, ensuring proper approvals for scope, schedule, or budget changes. Create corrective action plans for projects in yellow or red status. Review vendor contracts, manage deliverables, and ensure compliance with the vendor approval procedure. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT project management. 7+ years in formal project manager roles delivering projects on time and on budget. 7+ years managing budgets, schedules, change requests, risk, and issue logs. 7+ years delivering project status reports. 7+ years using project portfolio management systems (e.g., Clarity). 5+ years advanced knowledge of MS Project. 5+ years handling diverse stakeholders and system owners from various departments. 5+ years overseeing technical teams with system architecture and integration across SaaS solutions. 5+ years providing project management services for IT projects involving Commercial Off‑the‑Shelf Technology (COTS). 5+ years managing multi‑vendor environments in a government setting.
5+ years developing and maintaining detailed project integration schedules over 5,000 lines. 5+ years prior experience as a developer or senior technical project manager. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. 3+ years of experience with Oracle/SAP ERP systems. EEO Statement
