Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Remote
Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company serving Government Health and Human Services agencies, is seeking a bilingual customer service representative for a fully remote role.
Base pay range:
$20.00/hr – $20.25/hr
Key Details
Start date: Monday, 1/26/2026 (Orientation & Equipment & Zoom Technical Call)
Primary languages: Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai
Must be local to Rancho Cordova or surrounding cities
On‑site training: 4–5 weeks, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm PST
After training, work remotely from home with a private, secluded space
High‑speed wired Internet required; Wi‑Fi not allowed
6‑month project term, possible temp‑to‑hire
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from consumers, prospective enrollees, and assistance agents
Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems
Complete associated tasks according to guidelines
Meet QA and performance metrics
Facilitate fulfillment of caller requests for materials (mail, email, download)
Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities
Escalate calls or issues to designated staff as needed
Provide translation services for non‑English speaking callers
Attend meetings and trainings, maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of programs and systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (proof required)
2–3 years of customer service experience in healthcare/insurance/pharma call center industry
Primary languages: Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai
