Who Are We? Join the Sacramento Service Center as the next Bilingual Service Center Representative! As part of the Operations team, you will be an integral part of accomplishing Covered California’s mission and main goals.
How You’ll Make an Impact As the Bilingual Customer Service Center Representative, you will be responsible for directly assisting consumers with enrolling in health coverage. You will be able to gain experience working in systems such as Salesforce and the California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment, and Retention System (CalHEERS), as well as improve upon existing Microsoft Office skills. We are looking for someone who has at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center setting. Bilingual Positions:
Must be fluent in one of the following languages to be appointed to this position - Arabic, Armenian, Cantonese, Hmong, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Farsi or Vietnamese.
Pay Differential:
If selected, incumbents will receive a call center pay differential and be compensated an additional $150 per month.

Qualifications We’re Looking For
Moderate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience in delivering professional verbal and written communication
Experience providing customer service, specifically in a call center environment
Experience with call center phone equipment and systems
