The Select Group is looking for a talented iCIMS Project Manager to support one of our top healthcare partners. This role will lead the replacement of the client’s current Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage the integration of iCIMS (Full Suite: Hire, Engage, Employer Branding, and Talent Explorer, plus Mobile Application Functions). Limited travel is anticipated during the go‑live week scheduled for 12/19/26.
iCIMS PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience serving as a Project Manager on enterprise HR technology implementations
Hands‑on experience with iCIMS implementations (Hire, Engage, or related modules strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of system integrations, particularly in HR and ERP environments
Familiarity with Infor ERP and its integration touchpoints
Strong scope management skills with the ability to enforce agreed‑upon requirements and prevent scope creep
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working within and adhering to formal PMO processes
Bonus skills
Prior experience supporting or working within a healthcare system
Experience managing vendor‑led implementations
Knowledge of talent acquisition workflows and recruiting operations
Experience supporting mobile application enablement within HR systems
iCIMS PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end‑to‑end project management for the iCIMS implementation through go‑live
Manage and coordinate three primary contributor groups: Internal HR stakeholders, IT teams, vendor partner
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Lead project status meetings, steering committee updates, and cross‑functional working sessions
Track risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation and resolution
Ensure project delivery aligns with defined scope, timeline, and PMO standards
Serve as the primary point of accountability for communication, escalation, and overall project health
Leverage key project management tools: Microsoft Teams & ServiceNow PPM
