Job Summary: Seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support a modernization program by gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements. The role acts as a liaison between business users, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and validate business requirements (functional & non-functional)

Perform business process modeling and documentation

Develop user stories, use cases, and business cases

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews

Support solution design reviews and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Track requirement changes and maintain traceability

Support change management, training, and reporting needs

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of Business Analyst experience

Strong experience in requirements gathering and process modeling

Experience with modernization or large system projects

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
