To support a customer manufacturing facility onsite by overseeing and hands‑on support of all contracted areas related to identifying, implementing, and maintaining by‑product management programs.

Essential Functions

Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

Onsite administration and hands‑on oversight of customer by‑product management plan

Coordinate and collaborate with customer facility management, representatives or union members (if applicable)

Oversee and ensure weekly inspections are completed meeting compliance regulations as requested by the customer.

Partner with Envita leadership on development and implementation of new opportunities

Partner with all levels of management to implement and manage recycling programs

Prepare & present operational updates both internally and externally

Build and maintain trusted relationships with client team onsite to ensure customer satisfaction for byproduct activities

Identify potential growth opportunities that can be serviced by Envita

Ensure safety and compliance waste management procedures are followed, identify opportunities to implement improvements

Supports the team on customer proposal process as needed

Actively participate in reporting out operational updates weekly with team

Prepare customer operational performance reviews for internal leadership

Collaborate across the operations and account administration team to ensure data and billing accuracy

Utilize Salesforce for tracking and maintaining operational priorities and information

Responsible for onsite operational duties of transporting various waste and/or recycling containers appropriately

Onsite duties and tasks may be expanded depending on the needs of the customer and as defined by specific by‑product management plan

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.

Education Qualifications

Required High School or Equivalent

Required Bachelor/four‑year degree in related field

Experience Qualifications

Required 1+ years experience in a client service and/or operational support role.

Required 1+ years waste management industry experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment

Preferred Experience in environmental, operational, safety/compliance role

Proven ability to balance and deliver multiple tasks/responsibilities in a deadline driven environment.

Strong attention to detail in compliance driven environment

Effective time management skills and prioritize duties based on deadlines and compliance requirements

Strong communication and relationship building skills

Proven ability to build trusted and lasting working relationships with team members, clients and supplier partners, both in-person as well remote

Ability to recognize and problem solve and provide solutions with limited direction

Ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel skills.

Awareness this role will require knowledge of various federal, state, and local industry‑related regulations
