Description This client is in need for additional support on their helpdesk. They require extra resources to take calls, help with remote access and VPN issues, and to provide general support. The role prefers candidates who are polished, professional, and logical in their thinking and communication. ServiceNow experience is a plus. This will be a contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities

Taking calls to support helpdesk needs.

Assisting with remote access and VPN setup.

Using ServiceNow for ticketing (experience preferred).

Qualifications

Entry level experience.

Excellent communication, professional, polished, and articulate.

Experience or familiarity with Active Directory and Windows.

Customer-service oriented, able to troubleshoot helpdesk issues.

Pay and Benefits Pay range: $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
