What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Process and validate images of checks and payment documents using specialized imaging systems

Ensure compliance with banking standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols

Collaborate with operations and IT teams to troubleshoot imaging issues and enhance workflows

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for accuracy and efficiency

Maintain documentation for imaging processes and adhere to audit requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or a general office role (required)

Working knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques

Ability to implement practices and processes associated with banking transaction processing

Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Familiarity with Gemba Kaizen methodology for process improvement

Experience in back office operations and records management

Ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage organizational challenges

Knowledge of effective communication techniques for collaboration with diverse teams
