What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute scheduled and ad‑hoc cycle counts, pick‑path verifications, and investigations to ensure inventory accuracy
Research, reconcile, and process exception orders and receipts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop actionable reports for process improvements
Mentor team members on WMS best practices and collaborate with various departments to resolve issues
Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction‑intensive warehouse or distribution center environment, utilizing WMS/inventory‑management systems
Proficient in operating material‑handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and common office tools (Excel, Word)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recommend corrective actions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across all organizational levels
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPIM, Six Sigma) preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in leading or supporting Kaizen events and Lean initiatives
Familiarity with advanced data analysis techniques and reporting tools
Proven track record of implementing scalable solutions in a warehouse setting
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing workloads
