Flight Administrator
to join our
Brisbane
team supporting the
SFO .
Key Responsibilities Your main responsibility is to oversee and manage the inflight catering operations. You will coordinate with airline clients, ensure efficient delivery logistics, build strong relationships, handle last‑minute changes, manage inventory, and maintain quality control standards.

You Will
Provide excellent customer service daily.
Comply with all HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and food handling policies.
Check all meals for menu accuracy and counts.
Be constantly on the move, out of office and on aircraft.
Lift up to 30 lbs., stand for long periods, bend and squat.
Work in low temperatures and potentially extreme weather outdoors.
Comply with Ramp Safety policies, wear safety vests.
Other duties as assigned.
External Relationships Coordinating with airline clients and ensuring efficient delivery logistics.
Communication and Process Excellent communication skills, conflict management, customer service track record.
Nonessential Functions Other duties as assigned.
Education High school diploma with six plus years of progressive customer service experience.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Must have driver’s license.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to multi‑task.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Schedule flexibility is a must.
Ability to lift and push heavy objects.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Work safely to prevent accidents.
Intellectual/Social Demands Multi‑task under time limits, constant attention to precision, punctuality, follow instructions, responsibility, productivity standards.
Physical Demands Stand, walk, reach, kneel, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds, observe safety and security procedures.
Work Environment Exposure to extreme cold/heat, heights, loud noise; earplugs required on ramp.
