is seeking candidates with specific experience in the fashion or beauty e-commerce space for the role of E-commerce Manager. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for day-to-day e-commerce merchandising, functionality and performance optimization.

This role reports to the Head of E-Commerce and will work closely with cross-functional teams including retail, customer service, wholesale, operations and creative.

Responsibilities

Own all web processes including product launches, content updates, merchandising, promotions, website optimization, and development of new features and functionality.

Strategize and manage the product launch and website content calendar, tying back to key brand initiatives and financial goals. Ensure thorough and meticulous execution for best customer experience.

Oversee and execute website optimization. Develop an e-commerce roadmap and run A/B tests in efforts to improve key metrics, revenue, and UX and consistently work towards most optimal site performance.

Partner with external vendors and platforms that operate site functions such as website development, product returns, product reviews, international shipping, etc.

Support the Head of E-commerce and brand marketing team with digital marketing efforts including email marketing, affiliate and referral programs, paid social, SEM, and direct mail – helping drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition and customer retention.

Regularly analyze and report on various website and customer behavior KPIs; use learnings to guide strategy for improving conversion rate, site engagement, customer acquisition and retention rates, lead capture rates, and site speed.

Review product and category return rates and gather product/fit feedback from retail stores to identify ways to reduce return rates.

Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to improve and elevate the online shopping experience; bridge gaps in brand and business objectives and drive the business forward.

Partner with retail and wholesale teams to deliver an elevated and cohesive omnichannel experience.

Partner with customer service team to help improve the customer journey both online and offline.

Requirements

2-3 years of ecommerce experience in apparel or related industry.

Proficient in Shopify Plus, project management tools such as Asana, Google Analytics.
