Quality Specialist II – Accessibility, Risk, & Data Analytics
Location:
Charlotte, NC / Richmond, VA (Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite)
Duration:
12 Months Contract with potential extension

Position Summary The Quality Specialist II is a key contributor to risk management, operational excellence, accessibility governance, and data-driven decision-making. This role serves as a process delegate for two Strategic Process Indicators (SPIs), owning all process documentation, calculating and inputting metrics, and driving continuous improvement. In addition, the position champions accessibility awareness through leadership of the Accessibility Awareness Lab and applies data analytics to identify trends, monitor performance, and support enterprise reporting. The role involves analyzing data, interpreting results, and using visualization tools to communicate insights that inform decisions and enhance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as process delegate for two SPIs, ensuring compliance with risk and quality standards.
Gather and validate process evidence, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure accuracy.
Calculate, analyze, and input performance metrics into systems of record.
Update and manage systems of record such as POP and ORCIT to reflect current processes and controls.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, monitor process health, and support risk mitigation strategies.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for enterprise reporting and executive decision‑making.
Develop and present data‑driven insights to senior leaders for informed decision‑making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure adherence to risk frameworks, quality assurance standards, and accessibility best practices.
Lead the Accessibility Awareness Lab, promoting inclusion and accessibility through engaging, energetic, and educational experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Advanced analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to translate data into meaningful insights for business and enterprise reporting.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and internal systems of record such as POP and ORCIT.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, operational excellence, and accessibility initiatives.
