This role is for an Engineering Analyst (Entry Level) in Dubuque, IA, offering a 12+ month contract at $20-$21/hr. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with SAP and PLM systems. Onsite work only.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and update SAP data related to engineering design changes for complex parts and assemblies.
Create, maintain, and audit Bills of Material (BOMs), Material Masters, and part attribute data.
Support the Engineering Change Management process to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Review, audit, and process specification-related request forms from the business.
Monitor engineering changes to ensure data integrity and uniformity.
Serve as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.
Support project teams by providing specification feedback and recommendations.
Coordinate inter-factory implementation decisions.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document discussions, and publish meeting minutes.
Perform specification audits and support continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data.
Basic understanding of structured data, specifications, or engineering documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in Dubuque, IA.
U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or academic experience in engineering, manufacturing, data analysis, or technical operations.
Exposure to SAP ERP systems.
Experience with PLM systems (Windchill, PDMLink, or similar).
Familiarity with engineering change processes (ECR/ECN).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Willingness to learn enterprise systems and engineering workflows.
