Customer Value Manager – Enterprise (Remote) Join CrowdStrike as a Customer Value Manager in our Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization. The role focuses on delivering a guided path to verified outcomes for prospects and customers, ensuring they fully benefit from their investment in CrowdStrike and minimizing financial risk.

About the Role The Customer Value Management Office (CVMO) partners and customers to deliver strategic value. CVMs lead Value Proposal discussions, Executive Business Reviews (EQBRs), and Partnership Success Reviews (PSRs), aligning solutions with organizational priorities.

What You’ll Do

Support field sales in new business acquisition, account retention, and ARR growth.

Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, objectives, and pain points to map CrowdStrike capabilities and outcomes.

Create and evolve customer value roadmaps throughout the sales cycle.

Promote transparency across the entire account team, coordinating messaging to customers.

Leverage customer data sources to inform Value Proposals, EQBRs, and PSRs.

Provide risk management insights to the account team through heatmaps of risk indicators.

Identify risks to business goals and collaborate on mitigation plans.

Support field sales in minimizing attrition and driving successful contract renewals.

What You’ll Need

5+ years of experience in a customer‑facing functional role, consulting, finance, business growth, or strategy.

Enterprise sales and operations experience is a plus.

Ability to ingest and simplify information from multiple sources and articulate insights.

Proficiency in cash‑flow and ROI metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback).

Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.

Experience managing large, complex projects or programs.

Ability to handle difficult customers and problem‑solve collaboratively.

Proven track record of working in a matrix environment.

Professional presence suitable for executive‑level interactions (CIO, CFO, CISO).

Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for learning.

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Forward‑thinking, self‑starter attitude with high curiosity and teamwork skills.

Bonus: Cybersecurity industry experience.
